Another year later and another new design for Whiplash. This time he had grown more, gained a new pair of trainers, a pair of goggles, a new facial design and a jet-pack as well. Most of these changes were made because at this point I was still imagining Brocko for a video game series, and the changes were required so that he would fit into my continually changing idea about how the games would play and what they would involve. However he had undergone one more change as well - his name had now been changed from Whiplash, to Brocko. The main reason for this was because I felt that the name 'Whiplash' didn't suit a hero character, it was more of a villains name than a hero's.
