All that we can see of this man is his long black, hooded, coat, which covers his face and body completely, with only a single bit of long silver hair coming out from the right side of the hood. However he has one black glove on his left hand, but his right hand does not have anything covering it. He also wears a pair of black boots that can be seen from underneath the coat.
About:
From the way he acts the few times we see him in the beginning of the story it is clear that this man is definitely not a hero type character and is one who has immersed himself in almost completely in darkness. Very little is known about this man, however as the story begins he has requested an archeologist to come take a look at some ancient ruins he has discovered. At this point his intentions are made clear, but is there more to this man that meets the eyes? And what is his true goal?
Role in series:
This unknown, enigmatic, man is the one who releases a great darkness upon the world at the beginning of this story... but why is he not consumed by the darkness that he unleashed like so many others are. While he is an enigma within the story to start with, as the story develops and delves more into the truth of what's happening on Neon, so will the truth behind this enigmatic man be revealed. He may seem harmless at first glance, but you should never judge anyone by appearances alone! And his true role will have a big impact upon the entire events of the story.
Skills and Abilities:
Although nobody knows what his skills are like, it is obvious that he is powerful and it is believed that this is the reason for him hiding himself under his long black coat. However this power, that he supposedly has, has never been seen, so can you really judge his skills and abilities by just his outward appearance alone? However is it also obvious that he has a good way with words and very good at getting what he wants, but how will this affect him as the story develops?

This enigmatic man is the sole reason that Brocko's journey begins, he is the cause of a lot of problems for a lot of people, however there is a lot more to this man than can be seen and as the story progresses you will see that he is a difficult man to predict and that he is very ambitious with his plans, but just what is his true intentions?
