Unknown - Simply known as Dillan

Appearance:
Dillan is another man that likes to hide himself away from people in the way he looks. Dillan wears a long black coat in a similar style to the enigmatic man in the Dark profiles section - except that Dillan's is not as long and has a unique looking hood and shoulder pads. Because of the unique shape of the hood you can see some of Dillan's face (though not all of it), all that can be seen is from the apex of his nose down to his chin. He has a small brown mustache that goes down the side of his mouth to form a small beard at his chin. Apart from that all that can be seen is a pair of black trousers and an odd looking pair of boots that are a mix between a knights armoured boots and a pair of leather boots. They sport a marking on them that is similar to the one on the hood.

Not much is known about Dillan - except that he has foreseen several of the events that have started happening on Neon and has decided to enlist two others (Netai and Ecil) to aid him in preparing the 'Awakening Dawn' - otherwise known as the one who will restore harmony and balance to the world. Dillan is a lot older than he looks and has a great deal of knowledge and power, however the true extent of this is currently unknown by almost all.
Description:
Dillan is like the Black Coated Man - he is an enigma. No-one can remember him, almost no-one knows him and he is seen by very few. However what is known is that he has seen many events that have occurred on Neon and is determined to make sure that the tragedies of the past do not happen again. However Dillan speaks of the 'Guardians' and that they are ignoring their own rules - however he himself abides by his own 'rules' which state that he cannot directly interfere with the events of the world, but some minor meddling and speeding things up is perfectly acceptable.
Role in series:
Dillan has a very important role in this series - however at this point in time it is not at all clear as to what that role is.
Personality:
From what is seen when we first meet him - he appears to be an impatient man, who requires everything to be done as quickly as possible and to the directions he has given. It also appears that he has a good sense of humour and can give as good as he gets. However beyond this nothing is really known about his personality.
Skills and Abilities:
At the present we have not seen any of Dillan's abilities so it is hard to judge as to what his abilities are and what skills he may possess.

It is clear from a conversation at the beginning of the story that he is quite old, a lot older than one would think. However this is also a bit of an enigma as he doesn't look much older than his mid 30's.
