Appearance:
Ecil is about 6-foot 2-inches tall, he has dark brown (almost black) hair which is not quite shoulder length (it comes to around the base of his chin) with a longer fringe that covers his right eye, this fringe also has a white stripe going down the left hand side of it. He wears a black jacket that has symbols embroidered in white upon it, he also has the collar of the jacket turned up so that it covers part of his face. His trousers are the same as the jacket - black with a set of embroidered patterns upon it, however it also has the bottom part of a cloak attached around the waist, which comes down to ankle length. He also wears a pair of boots that are in a similar style to Dillan's - though without the Knights armor on them.

About:
Ecil is the only member of this little group that is actually as old as he looks (though as you don't see much of his face that doesn't really help). Ecil has been brought into the group and seems to know a lot about what is happening - but not as much as Dillan and Netai know.

Description:
Ecil is less of an enigma than the other two in the group - however he has been away from his home island of Sentren for quite sometime now and as a result most don't recognise who he is. Ecil is also no where near as old as the other two but he does have pretty good knowledge, though compared to theirs it is lacking. Ecil has been following his own path for a long time now, however not too long ago he realised that something was happening to the planet - he could sense the darkness that was coming. As a result he was discovered by Dillan who asked him for his help. Ecil agreed and in exchange for his help, Dillan gave Ecil some training which increased his senses as well as his powers.

Role in series:
Ecil is one of the key characters in this story and, while at first, his role doesn't seem to be that big, it eventually becomes one of the main roles in the series - though the real truth about his is still not really known even then.

Personality:
Ecil is someone who takes things quite seriously, as a result he can sometimes seem a little arrogant - but it simply comes down to the fact that he doesn't like to mess around, he'd rather get the job done quickly than mess about and take his time. However from the initial encounter this is not really shown very well, as all we really see of him is him returning after following his orders - though he was three hours late, enforcing the fact that he would rather get things done properly than quickly. Although Ecil is more serious than others he does have a sense of humour, again this isn't seen much at first, but it becomes more apparent later on in the story.

Skills and Abilities:
Like Netai, Ecil has the ability to teleport using the black tower ability - however beyond that his other skills are not known. Though given the skills of those, around him in the group it is clear that he must have some impressive abilities of his own, even if we have not yet seen them.

Extra Information:
Ecil has a connection to the 'Awakening Dawn' - and in more ways than one. However Ecil is also special in the fact that he can harness both Life and Soul energy at the same - something that isn't found in people very often and hasn't been seen used for even longer. Ecil has an interesting past - and his future takes quite a few twists as the story progresses, including some twists that Ecil himself probably wasn't expecting, though some he was. However one of the main things to keep in mind is that where there is Dawn - there is also Dusk...
